little ground. MSF new initiatives covers several programmes. A series of
workshops are being organized for elected members of village panchayaes to
enhance their capability to understand various attributes of local
governance in relation to higher level of governance. These workshops are
held in the villages itself. The foundation is in the process of preparing

collaboration with leading national and local NGOs. Foundation is now
intensively involved in creating awareness about water resource
